Financial Terms & Payments
Deposit Policy
To deposit funds on the ck22w platform, we accept popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
- Nagad — the mobile financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Upay — a secure and fast mobile payment service.
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Account balance is updated promptly after a successful deposit. ck22w does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
Withdrawal Policy
The following policies apply for withdrawals from ck22w:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If account verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
- In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, ck22w reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold.
- Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
The account balance and wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal. Winnings earned from bonuses must fulfill wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ck22w's current welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim the bonus.
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.
- The bonus wagering requirement is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- The bonus cannot be claimed more than once, and attempting to claim it through multiple accounts may result in account termination.
- ck22w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
In any bonus-related dispute, ck22w's decision will be considered final.
Gaming Rules & Conduct
Game Rules & Fairness

- Using automated software, bots, or any technical aid to play games.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward other members.
If such activity is detected, ck22w reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit all balances without prior notice, and may take legal action if necessary.
Account Verification (KYC)
For cashouts or transactions above a certain amount, ck22w may request to verify your identity. The verification process may require the following information:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
- The registered number of the payment method used.
Withdrawal privileges may be limited until the KYC process is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.
